Instructions

  • Open a web browser and navigate to .
  • Enter your Login information.
    • myCI login page
  • Under myLinks select the Student Housing link, and then My Housing.
    • Student Housing link in myCI
  • Select the appropriate Maintenance Request Form link. 
    • Maintenance Request
  • Fill out the Maintenance Request Form for the appropriate area needing service.
  • If your maintenance issues has not been addressed within 7 business days, please call the Main Housing Office at 805-437-2733.
