- Open a web browser and navigate to .
- Enter your Login information.
- Under myLinks select the Student Housing link, and then My Housing.
- Select the Key Replacement聽link. Resident Advisor's will have a different link called RA Key Replacement.
- Fill out the Key Replacement Form.
- When your key is ready, your village office will call your cell phone or primary phone number.
