career, it is important to plan ahead and prepare for retirement years. Start planning

海角社区CI is sponsoring the upcoming CalPERS 鈥淧lanning Your Retirement鈥 who wish to learn more about benefits and retirement.
Attendees will learn more about the following:
- Service credit
- Retirement formulas and benefit factors
- How your pension is calculated
- Retirement payment options
- Providing for a beneficiary
- Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA)
- Retirement application process
- Working after retirement
- CalPERS health benefits
- Online resources
There are four sessions available, but you only need to attend one (content is the same for all). All sessions will be held virtually, so it鈥檚 easy to logon and attend. Available dates and times are:
- Feb. 24, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- Feb. 24, 2 to 4:30 p.m.
- Feb. 27, 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- Feb. 27, 2 to 4:30 p.m.
