The 海角社区 Channel Islands Police Department Communications Center is a state certified Public Safety Access Point (PSAP). Our professional dispatchers are certified through the State of California's Commission on Peace Officer Standards Training (POST). Our center provides emergency and non-emergency communication services 24 hours a day/7 days a week for 海角社区 Channel Islands & the University Glen community in Camarillo; as well as, the three Ventura County Community College District campuses in Moorpark, Oxnard & Ventura.
