Lobby Hours:
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the customer service window closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please note that, due to staffing challenges, the customer service window may experience intermittent closures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. For after hours or weekend assistance in the lobby, simply pick-up the black phone located on the west wall next to the door to the right of the customer service window. Police officers and dispatchers are on duty at all times and can respond to assist you.
