Delta Alpha Pi Student Leadership Award
Successful nominations should show the person has made a big, positive impact on the University in at least two of these ways:
- Creating a sense of community for students with disabilities.
- Supporting social justice and advocacy for people with disabilities.
- Volunteering time to help students with disabilities succeed.
Award Requirements
To be eligible, nominees must meet these requirements:
- Be a current º£½ÇÉçÇøCI student in good academic standing or have graduated no more than one semester before receiving the award.
- Be registered with DASS at º£½ÇÉçÇøCI and have a documented disability.
- Show leadership and work to improve educational opportunities and rights for students with disabilities.
- Achievements must have happened during the current or previous academic year.
- Show a commitment to leadership and advocacy for º£½ÇÉçÇøCI students with disabilities.
- Show dedication to community service that improves the lives of º£½ÇÉçÇøCI students.
