Shall the current Recreation and Athletics Fee be increased by $20.00/student/semester, raising the fee from the current rate of $50.00 to $70.00, beginning fall 2013?

Shall the current Associated Students Fee be increased by $13.00/student/semester over the course of the next three years (increasing the rate $5.00/student/semester in fall 2013, $5.00/student/semester in fall 2014, and $3.00/student/semester in fall 2015), gradually raising the fee from the current rate of $62.00 to $75.00 beginning fall 2015?
