As stewards of institutional resources, Budget & Planning is responsible for:
- Facilitating campus鈥恮ide operational planning and strategic resource allocation.
- Providing technical assistance, training and tools that build business acumen and strengthen short and long-range planning.
- Modeling planning assumptions for annual and multi-year scenarios.
- Supporting the Strategic Resource Planning Committee (SRPC) with budget data and policy context.
- Allocating resources based on approved campus budget plan and institution policies.
- Reviewing divisions鈥� budget performance and forecasts throughout the fiscal year in accordance with 海角社区 and institution policies.
- Providing specialized campus budget reports to meet 海角社区 reporting requirements to the State of California.
