Where do I pick up or drop off keys/codes?
Keys and codes may be dropped off or picked up at the Ironwood Hall Work Center daily between the hours of 8 AM - 4 PM. For assistance locating the work center, please refer to the following map:
How do I request keys/codes?
Your department's support coordinator or program analyst will be able to submit a request through the Azzier program.
What can I do if I forgot my Dolphin access code for doors?
Send an email to lockshop@csuci.edu with your full name and Dolphin ID number with a request for a code reminder.

About Us
Keeping in mind the ‘student first’ outlook, the Lock Shop strives to keep all doors
and locks in proper working order allowing access to the areas needed as well as maintaining
security for those sensitive areas around campus. Security and accessibility are
common themes in their day to day work, going from issuing access codes in the morning,
to adjusting the speed and opening force of doors throughout the afternoon.
