Welcome to the Regional Educational Partnerships (REP) office!
Across different administrative units and offices, 海角社区CI maintains different types of partnerships with many different organizations and entities. The REP office focuses on educational partnerships that:
- have campus-wide implications, are cross-divisional, and provide multi-disciplinary opportunities
- involve facilities, land, and other resources that serve as hubs of partnerships
- contribute to career preparation and workforce development
- connect with regional and place-based priorities
- advance One Health initiatives 鈥 health and wellness of communities and environment - through collaborative networks
The work of the REP office is both externally and internally facing. It includes creating and managing educationally-focused agreements with government agencies and non-profit organizations. It also involves working collaboratively with different divisions, units, and offices across the 海角社区CI campus.
The REP office includes the following areas of oversight and facilitation:
- Santa Rosa Island Research Station
- Tribal Relations
- Santa Barbara Zoo Conservation Center planning
- Innovation Bridge
