What We Do
The role of the Recognition Program Committee is to develop and implement a comprehensive staff recognition program and refresh the program as needed. In addition, we participate in the nomination process, create the communications, and provide assistance for the recognition portion at the semi-annual BFA Division meetings.
Committee Members
The committee is comprised of 13-14 members selected from each of the BFA units. Typically, each unit will have 2 members nominated by their unit manager {1 represented staff and 1 MPP (excluding AVPs). Each member will serve a 2-year term and half of the membership will roll off each year and be replaced. This provides a balance of continuity and commitment.
