FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law enacted in 1974 that guarantees the confidentiality of students' records, including education records, financial records and disciplinary records. In accordance with regulations contained within FERPA, 海角社区CI's Dean of Students office will disclose information pertaining to a student鈥檚 disciplinary file to designated parties, provided the Dean of Students office has signed consent from the student.
