FERPA

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law enacted in 1974 that guarantees the confidentiality of students' records, including education records, financial records and disciplinary records. In accordance with regulations contained within FERPA, º£½ÇÉçÇøCI's Dean of Students office will disclose information pertaining to a student’s disciplinary file to designated parties, provided the Dean of Students office has signed consent from the student.
